To establish Village Industries/Cottage Industries/Small Scale Industries in the rural areas& small towns.
To set up Information Technology Kiosks in rural for access to various agriculture, small scale industry & cottage industry portals,
To provide agricultural and rural banking, insurance & other financial services.
To provide livestock health cover, setting up to veterinary dispensaries & services.
To establish Seed Processing units to provide better quality seeds to the farmers.
To strengthen special employment generation programs by way of self-employment through government schemes.
